How to order a headstone online?

Choose the type of stone or, if you do not know its name, specify the colour. Stone types and colours are available in the stone gallery on our website.

Choose the design. It can be one of the headstone designs from our galleries in different colour variants or a custom idea proposed by the customer.

You can review designs in the following sections: single headstones, double headstones, sample projects and urn headstones.

For a custom design, please provide your own sketch, project, photo or written description.

Provide the name of the town where the cemetery is located and specify the grave type, for example a single grave, double grave, tomb vault or urn grave.

Provide the buried person’s first name, surname and date of death. This helps us locate the grave, as many cemeteries offer online grave search tools.

If the cemetery is not listed in a public database, you can send us a photo of the grave by e-mail.

Choose the type and colour of lettering, for example sandblasted letters, stainless steel or brass letters. You can check available fonts in the lettering styles section.

Choose accessories for the headstone, such as a vase, lantern, cross, figurine or sculpture.

Once the details are agreed, we prepare a quotation and send the contract by e-mail.

Approve the contract.

After approval, please transfer the deposit to our company account. The deposit amount is specified in the contract and is usually between 10% and 30% of the order value.

Once the deposit is booked, we start the order. The final completion date and payment terms are defined in the contract.

We send the lettering layout and font proposal for the monument by e-mail.

Before installation, approval from the cemetery administration is required.

All formalities and fees related to the installation belong to the grave owner and must be completed before stonework begins.

After installation, you can inspect the monument in person or, if you prefer, we can prepare photo documentation and send it by e-mail.

After completion, the final settlement can be made by bank transfer or in cash. The payment method is agreed individually.
